Should I Run Tomorrow Morning? You Decide

I got to work at 8:15am today, and worked until 8:15pm. I feel like my eyes are dried up apricots (at least I chose something tasty for a comparison) and my body is going to give out. I need to go to sleep ASAP and sleep for a long time.

On the flipside.. I didn’t run this morning. I would like to run tomorrow morning–but I’m SO TIRED.

    Set your alarm and then see how you feel in the morning.. If if goes off and you need more sleep.. then get some.. Listen to your body!!

    I’m with Meg — set the alarm and see how you feel in the morning. If you are too tired, just go back to sleep! :)

    If you decide to work out after work, it gives you an excuse to leave work a bit earlier… maybe.

    Thank you for your support and ideas guys! I did et my alarm to see how I would feel and I felt great (magically). Nicki–definitely a plan I’m going to keep in my back pocket for future late nights :)
